Understanding leadership theory and being able to put it into practice under pressure are different things. Leaders build confidence when they have opportunities to try, reflect, receive feedback and try again before the real moment matters.

This three-hour workshop uses realistic scenarios to help participants practise leadership in dynamic and challenging situations. It sits within the Empowering and Communicating practices of the practive8 model.
