How are the practive8 workshops different from Practive’s bespoke offerings?
The practive8 workshops deliver the same experiential learning and practical outcomes as Practive’s bespoke programmes but come with a pre-designed structure, removing the need for design costs and allowing faster setup.

How can participants identify which workshops are most relevant to them?
To support individuals and teams, we offer a simple leadership insight tool. This tool helps participants identify their leadership strengths and areas for growth, making it easy to choose workshops that will have the greatest impact.

Who are these workshops for?
These workshops are designed for emerging leaders, mid-level managers, and senior executives looking to refine their leadership skills.

Can we still get some level of customisation with the practive8 workshops?
Yes. While the workshop structure is pre-set, we offer customisation through the contextualisation call, where we tailor certain elements to meet your organisation’s specific challenges. Our facilitators can adjust scenarios, examples, and areas of focus in real time to ensure participants’ needs are met.

Delivery and practical considerations

How are these workshops delivered?
We can deliver training on site at your company, at an external venue of your choice, or virtually. The virtual format includes breakout rooms and real-time feedback, ensuring high engagement for remote teams. Our face-to-face sessions provide an immersive experience ideal for teams looking to deepen collaboration. 

How do the workshops fit together as part of a programme?
These workshops are designed to stand alone or work as part of a series. Bundling sessions under key themes – like Communicating, Coaching, or Thriving – creates a clear learning journey for participants. This approach allows teams to build new skills progressively while connecting everything back to their leadership goals.

Do the workshops form a leadership programme?
Yes! Bundling workshops allows us to create a cohesive programme with a logical progression of skills and concepts. Each session can build upon the previous one, deepening the learning experience. During planning, we’ll work with you to identify the most relevant skills and topics, ensuring alignment with your organisational goals. Customisation options are still available for each bundled session. 

How long do the workshops last?
Each workshop, whether face to face or virtual, lasts 3 hours. 

Can I enrol as an individual, or do I need to be part of an organisation?
The active8 workshops are exclusively available to groups and teams within organisations. We do not currently offer these as open programmes.

 How many participants can attend a session?
We offer two cohort options to best suit your team’s needs:

  1. Small Cohort: For groups of 8 to 11 participants.
  2. Large Cohort: For groups of 12 to 16 participants. 

If our needs change, can we transition to a bespoke workshop after using a productised one?
Absolutely. Many clients start with these workshops and later commission bespoke programmes to address specific or evolving needs. We see these options as complementary and are ready to build on what participants have learned to provide further customisation if desired.

Pricing and value

Would there be a discount for bundling multiple workshops or booking in volume?
Yes, we offer discounts for clients booking multiple workshops or high volumes. Discount options depend on the number of sessions and participants involved.

What is the price difference for face to face and virtual delivery?
We make a small adjustment for face-to-face pricing to cover additional venue and travel costs.
